Our Founder

Edyth Haro is the Founder and Chairwoman of the H.U.S.T.L.E Hearts Foundation. Edyth is a proud Latina, wife, mother to three beautiful children and Arizona native. She is the daughter and grand-daughter of ambitious business women, women whom she admires for their hustle in life and heart for community.

As the oldest of four siblings, Edyth became the first in her family to graduate from a university. She was fortunate enough to earn scholarships and receive financial aid to pursue higher education. In 2010,  Edyth graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree from the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions. 

Edyth is an authentic leader trailblazing in Arizona. “Success isn’t about how much money you make, it’s about the difference you make in people’s lives.” - Michelle Obama. Edyth’s passion for impacting the community stems from her upbringing. She remembers helping her family give back to families in need in Mexico during Christmas and thinking about how the experience impacted her life. Edyth wholeheartedly believes her purpose in life is to make a difference and has been working relentlessly to advance the mission of organizations, with the goal of launching a nonprofit. 

Now with over a decade of experience and success as a professional in the nonprofit sector, Edyth is the proud founder of The H.U.S.T.L.E. Hearts Foundation.

Board Members

  • Christina Szilvassy

    Christina Szilvassy experienced community development leader with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in relationship building, strategic planning, fundraising and revenue growth. Detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Medical Anthropology and Global Health from the University of Washington and a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree from Arizona State University's Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.

  • Jackynn Castillo

    Jacklynn Castillo graduated top of her class at the prestige’s Le Cordon Blue Culinary School in Scottsdale, AZ. She pursued her career in a man dominant industry by working next to top French Chef in Vail, Colorado. Her passion for baking pushed her start her own business at a young age.

    She is currently a supervisor at a leading Pharmaceutical Company in this country. She leads to ensure that she makes an impact every day. Her passion in helping others has transpired to her two beautiful daughters by making sure that they become proud Latino leaders of the future.

  • Rindi Lembezeder

    Rindi Lembezeder is a Senior Auditor with 14 years experience in the financial industry.  Rindi specializes in Consumer and Small Business Banking and conducts audits to ensure controls are in place to mitigate risks.  Rindi graduated with a Masters in Administration with emphasis in Project Management from Northern Arizona University where she obtained a 4.0 GPA.  Outside of work, Rindi enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs while relaxing by the pool. 

  • Vanessa Castillo

    Graduated from Apollo college with an associates in applied sciences, Vanessa Castillo is a mammography technologist with an emphasis in breast biopsy and 14 years of radiology experience. She takes pride in being part of helping save lives. Vanessa grew up in Hobbs, New Mexico and moved to Phoenix after graduating high school. On her free time, she loves to play and spend time with her son. 

  • Nikole Collins a Client Service Analyst with 8 years in experience with healthcare, hospitality and communications. Nikole has a passion for helping others live better and is no stranger to the hard work and dedication it takes to make that happen. N

    Nikole Collins a Client Service Analyst with 8 years in experience with healthcare, hospitality and communications. Nikole has a passion for helping others live better and is no stranger to the hard work and dedication it takes to make that happen. Nikole grew up in Buckeye, Arizona in a middle class family where she was taught that even if you don’t have a lot lending a helping hand. She has volunteered her time with many organizations including Maricopa Animal Care and Control and Arizona Helping Hands. Nikole is eager to step into a new role with HUSTLE Hearts Foundation.
